Planning my wedding with Entourej made the experience smooth, stress-free, and easy. Jamal’s approach is that of one who is planning a friend’s wedding, rather than a stranger’s. He brought our every wish to life. Without Jamal I wouldn’t even have known where to begin. From the moment we met him, he was on top of it. He knew what to prioritize such as the banquet halls, save the date cards, the wedding and reception outfits, the guest lists, and he knew when the right time was to tackle things such as flowers, favours, speeches, songs, etc. We told him we had 11 months to plan the wedding, and from day one he set up a timeline for us to follow, which he made sure was always up-to-date and completed.
Over the course of our engagement, Jamal became more than our wedding planner, he became our friend, our confidant, and even our wedding MC! My favourite thing about Jamal and his team is their ability to involve the whole family in the wedding planning. As they say, “the wedding is planned by the family not just the bride n groom”. He assigned us all tasks and worked individually with everyone to make sure everyone was involved and made a valuable contribution to our day. He was able to do the perfect balancing act with giving everyone a say, yet making the bride and groom’s vision shine.
With Jamal at the helm of Entourej, you don’t have to worry about a thing. He did all the research, spent hours calling vendors, arranging appointments, negotiating, and re-negotiating allowing us to simply show up and say yes. If we had an idea, he had 10 ways to make it bigger, better, and grander… always within the budget. Everyone we met through Jamal was so amazing. I cannot stress this enough, from the wonderful photographers, Salman and Ali, to the florist, Francesca, the backdrop creator, Charanjit, the banquet hall manager Narinder Bhai (of Red Rose Convention Centre), and our wonderful dj, DJ Kamran. Jamal has a close and personal relationship with everyone, which means they all treated us like family and went out of their way to make sure we were happy, excited, and that our dream wedding came to life.
